I'm the 3rd elite. Here's my rules to battle me. 1.NO and I mean NO rage quitting. I will ban you for that depending if it was accidental or intended XD.
2. NO ubers.
3. only 2 or less OU pokes against me because I use NU pokes.
4. Standard smogan rules.
That's pretty much all. Hope you can win because I am extremely good with lower tiers.
